{"id":15192,"date":"2024-09-09T12:53:49","date_gmt":"2024-09-09T10:53:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.dntagro.com\/bicapa-oleoprotect\/"},"modified":"2024-12-26T09:11:40","modified_gmt":"2024-12-26T08:11:40","slug":"bicapa-oleoprotect","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dntagro.com\/fr\/bicapa-oleoprotect\/","title":{"rendered":"BICAPA-OLEOPROTECT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Optimisation des oliveraies par la mise en \u0153uvre de bi-couches non-tiss\u00e9es anti-herbes am\u00e9lior\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/citoliva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/2024-GO_BICAPA-Logotipo-300x121.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23426508\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Chez <a href=\"https:\/\/dntagro.com\/fr\/\">DNT Non Woven Fabrics<\/a>, nous sommes engag\u00e9s dans l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration continue des performances des oliveraies gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre produit Bicouche non tis\u00e9e anti-herbe, qui fait partie du groupe op\u00e9rationnel Bicapa-Oleoprotect, un projet visant \u00e0 optimiser la culture de notre terre, l&#8217;oliveraie.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><u><strong>Objectif principal<\/strong><\/u>:<\/h2>\n\n<p>Optimiser la gestion de la culture des oliveraies gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de Bicouche non tiss\u00e9 anti-herbe, adapt\u00e9es aux conditions de production des oliveraies traditionnelles, intensives et super-intensives.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques:<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Pour atteindre cet objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Bicapa-Oleoprotect, vous devez d\u00e9finir les objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques suivants :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obtenir une utilisation efficace de l&#8217;eau dans l&#8217;oliveraie, en r\u00e9duisant l&#8217;\u00e9vaporation de l&#8217;eau contenue dans le sol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rifier l&#8217;augmentation de l&#8217;eau disponible pour les cultures en implantant des capteurs d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 sous les tissus bicouches et \u00e9galement dans la zone de contr\u00f4le.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conception des agencements bicouches id\u00e9aux, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque cadre de production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Augmenter la production d&#8217;olives et d&#8217;huile dans les parcelles o\u00f9 les bicouches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concevoir et optimiser un Bicouche non tiss\u00e9 anti-herbe (blanc-noir) compatible avec l&#8217;agriculture biologique \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8re vierge ayant une durabilit\u00e9 en champ de culture d&#8217;au moins 8 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concevoir et optimiser une bicouche non tiss\u00e9e anti-mauvaises herbes (noir-blanc) compatible avec l&#8217;agriculture biologique. Avec un taux de recyclage allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 50% et une durabilit\u00e9 au champ d&#8217;au moins 8 ans. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptez les bicouches obtenues au champ de culture en incorporant des micro-perfor\u00e9es et des macro-perfor\u00e9es qui permettent d&#8217;optimiser les r\u00e9coltes des champs de culture dans lesquels elles sont utilis\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapter le bicouche obtenu au champ de culture s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 en modifiant sa surface \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un traitement hydrophile massif et\/ou soulign\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9duire le poids par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de bicouche non tiss\u00e9e anti-herbe optimis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re utilis\u00e9e dans le syst\u00e8me propos\u00e9 en utilisant la technologie d&#8217;all\u00e8gement utilis\u00e9e dans d&#8217;autres secteurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer le pourcentage maximum de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s dans la fabrication de nouveaux non-tiss\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;empreinte carbone des produits obtenus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prolonger la durabilit\u00e9 du non-tiss\u00e9 dans toutes les versions d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es afin d&#8217;en r\u00e9duire la consommation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporez des mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s post-industriels dans les Bicouche non tiss\u00e9 anti-herbe d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sans diminuer leur durabilit\u00e9 dans les champs de culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9velopper diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux pour anti-herbes non tiss\u00e9s bicouches comp\u00e9titifs dans le secteur agricole et adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chacune des cultures propos\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surveiller en continu l\u2019\u00e9tat hydrique des arbres sensoris\u00e9s et par extrapolation du secteur de l\u2019irrigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9aliser avec un nombre optimal de capteurs, obtenir le plus grand nombre possible de r\u00e9sultats divers qui permettent la diff\u00e9renciation et la repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 de toutes les exploitations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avec l&#8217;identification des typologies d&#8217;exploitations en fonction de leurs diff\u00e9rentes variables (type de sol, pente, densit\u00e9, type d&#8217;irrigation, origine et utilisation de l&#8217;eau). Pour pouvoir assurer la repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 de toutes les exploitations en termes de type de sol, d&#8217;origine de l&#8217;eau, de communaut\u00e9 d&#8217;irrigation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9liminer l\u2019application d\u2019herbicides\/coupe de gazon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>R\u00e9sultats finaux:<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Avec le projet Bicapa-Oleoprotect, une d\u00e9monstration de gestion efficace de la culture de l&#8217;olivier sera obtenue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de nouveaux produits (<a href=\"https:\/\/dntagro.com\/mk\/DNTAGRO-Bicapa-Antihierba-ES.pdf\">bi-couche non tiss\u00e9e anti-herbe<\/a>). La quantification et l&#8217;\u00e9valuation de l&#8217;effet de ces produits sur la culture gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de capteurs et de gestionnaires de donn\u00e9es qui montrent les avantages de cette nouvelle gestion. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques du produit \u00e0 deux couches (couche noire vers le bas pour emp\u00eacher la croissance de l&#8217;herbe et couche blanche vers le haut pour r\u00e9fracter le soleil) permettent de stabiliser la temp\u00e9rature du sol. Par cons\u00e9quent, l&#8217;\u00e9vaporation de l&#8217;eau, aussi bien de l&#8217;irrigation que de la pluie, dans ce cas de l&#8217;application du produit avec traitement hydrophile\/microperfor\u00e9, sera \u00e9vit\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n<p>On s&#8217;attend \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;au moins les r\u00e9sultats obtenus dans les cultures d&#8217;oranges, de mandarines et d&#8217;avocats soient atteints, \u00e0 savoir :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9conomies d&#8217;eau entre 25 et 40%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9conomies de manutention : 60 \u2013 70 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Augmentation de la production : &gt; 20 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9conomies sur le traitement\/coupe de l&#8217;herbe : 40 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Une surveillance continue \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de capteurs et de gestionnaires de donn\u00e9es nous donnera des r\u00e9sultats qui valideront l&#8217;application de bicouches anti-herbe non tiss\u00e9es en tant que produit durable et transformateur pour la gestion des oliveraies.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Membres participants :<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/citoliva.es\/\">CITOLIVA  <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DNT NONWOVEN FABRICS SA (coordinateur technique)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oleocampo.com\">OLEOCAMPO SCA<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><u><strong>La dur\u00e9e<\/strong><\/u>: 01\/04\/2024-30\/06\/2025<\/p>\n\n<p><u><strong>Budget total<\/strong><\/u> : 299.997,69\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n<p><u><strong>Ligne d&#8217;aide<\/strong><\/u> : Fonctionnement des groupes op\u00e9rationnels du Partenariat europ\u00e9en pour l&#8217;innovation (PEI).
